Right to Withdraw

Clients who are end-users have the right to withdraw from an agreement made with SG Software GmbH & Co. KG solely by utilizing one or more communication methods (e.g., written letter, email) within a span of fourteen calendar days, with no requirement to provide an explanation.

The withdrawal timeframe starts on the day the agreement is finalized.

To enact your right to withdraw, you need to notify us of your intention to do so through an unequivocal statement (e.g., a mailed letter or email) articulating your choice to withdraw from this agreement:

To adhere to the withdrawal timeline, it's adequate to dispatch a communication concerning your intention to exercise the right to withdraw before the withdrawal period is over.

Should you exercise your right to withdraw, we are committed to reimbursing all payments we obtained from you promptly, and no later than fourteen calendar days from the day we are informed of your decision to rescind the agreement. The reimbursement will be processed using the same payment method as your initial transaction, unless a different arrangement is expressly made with you; there will be no charges levied on you for this reimbursement.

Loss of Right to Withdraw

The right to withdraw is forfeited prematurely if the download is executed and/or the license code is redeemed, provided you have consciously given permission for the agreement to be initiated before the withdrawal period concludes and have acknowledged that by giving such consent, you relinquish your right to withdraw.

Consequently, for digital merchandise, the right to withdraw does not apply to the delivery of digital content if we, having received your explicit permission and acknowledgment of the forfeiture of your withdrawal right upon early initiation of the agreement, have begun the delivery process prior to the end of the withdrawal timeline.
